Week 3- Synchronicity

  • What evidence can you find for synchronicity
While backpacking throughout India, Thailand and China synchronicity happens all of the time. To the point where if it doesn't happen for a bit. I feel like I'm out of the flow. Having synchronistic moments occur is a sign that the universe is guiding my way and I am on the right path. I think this happens because backpacking without an itinerary is a way of surrendering to the universe. This practice lets the universe show you what serves you. So almost on the daily while traveling I find myself in the perfect place at the perfect time. Running into exactly who I meant. Quite a few time while I was in India I would meet someone randomly on a Himalayan hike and 3 months later run into them on the complete opposite side of the country at a market, on a train or someplace random.
Synchronistic moments happen all of the time in everyday as well. Like when I think of my mom and she calls.

My own personal experience was the best evidence that I could find.
  • Based on what you know, how would you explain connectivity?
String Theory states that our universe is made up of small string particles and waves. If the universe was created by the BIG BANG, then it all came from one thing. Humans are made of stardust we have the same components biologically as the stars do. If we are all made of one thing that we are all interconnected.
It's a natural human instinct to connect with others and we crave connectivity.
Just like protons and electrons attract one another. That is us to the universe. That's why we can send love to someone who is far away..we connected on a deeper level then we can materially see and experience.
In Buddhism and Hinduism, there are many texts that say we are one. We are all interconnected to something they call the divine, and in the new age world, some people might call it the universe. Such as a divine network everything and everyone has access to, but it takes practice for some of us humans to tune into it.
